Kathy Kordalis is truly inspired by educating people and working with them to enhance their diet in our fast paced and busy world. Her food style is a mix of her Greek heritage, Aussie flavours and European sophistication, done in a light, relaxed and accessible way.
After running the Divertimenti Cookery School and graduating from Leith's School of Food and Wine, Kathy has worked as a freelance chef and demonstrator and embraced the world of cake-making, working for popular locals Cakes 4 Fun and the internationally renowned Peggy Porschen.
She will be happy to work with you to improve and discover the world of baking, with simple recipes and tips for classic cakes, fudge brownies, fairy cakes and biscotti.
