7pm-10.30pm Dinner & wine included
These evenings are aimed to attract allcomers from those with no previous experience to those who are competent but are looking for new ideas.
You will cook and then sit down to eat a 3 course dinner, with wine throughout the evening, as well as cooking and taking home a main course for 2 which can be put in the freezer or eaten later in the week. The evenings are great fun, highly entertaining and informative with the added benefit of no cooking for one other night later in the week!
The “Tarte Tatin Course” (formerly known as the Mashed Potato Course!) is well structured and aims to give confidence in the kitchen as well as providing great ideas for those keen to increase their knowledge of cooking. The “Crème Brulée Course” is for “graduates” of the first course or for those interested in learning more advanced recipes.
